About the role

At LOCI Real Estate, we are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious agent who wants the flexibility, support and brand presence of a boutique agency while building a strong personal business within a high-performance environment.

You will work closely with buyers and sellers across the full sales process, building long-term relationships, generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role would suit someone who is self-motivated, professional, and passionate about property, with the confidence to represent a premium boutique brand in the market.


Key responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building
  • Manage buyer and seller relationships throughout the sales campaign process
  • Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections
  • Negotiate sales outcomes and guide clients through to settlement
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-through with clients and prospects
  • Represent the LOCI brand with professionalism, market knowledge and exceptional service
  • Work collaboratively with the broader team to support campaign success and growth


About you

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Sales or a strong desire to build a successful career in the industry
  • Confident, motivated and highly self-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys building relationships
  • Tech savvy and adaptable, with strong general administration and CRM skills
  • A genuine passion for property, people and delivering an exceptional client experience
  • A current Agents Representative Certificate and driver’s licence are required
  • An existing database relevant to the Knox area
